Renaissance Condo in Downtown San Diego
The title truly describes the Condo, in this case. Renaissance is located at 645 Front Street in the middle of the Marina District. While this location has always been perceived as the most valuable in Downtown San Diego, residents at Renaissance had suffered through the most difficult remediation of “construction defect litigation” of any residential building.
That is all in the past and Renaissance has become one of the fastest selling buildings in Downtown. The landscaping and stonework on the building has all been replaced. Inside, the design for updating the lobby sits on an easel. Among the luxury residential buildings, Renaissance is definitely showing well.
Renaissance Condo #1214
New to the market this week is one of the most desirable floorplans available among all Downtown San Diego Condos. This two bedroom, two and a half bath home is in the southwest corner of the South Tower at Renaissance. You’ll see that this is the best orientation as soon as you walk in!
The open living space features a beautiful west facing gourmet kitchen. The living room is also predominantly looking to the west, with fabulous views of the bay and Point Loma. The beautiful dining area creates the most unique perspective in Renaissance Condo #1214.
The dual masters are at opposite ends of the condo. Both have large walk in closets and marble baths. Although the home is only 1,295 square feet, it lives much larger.
Other salient points are 2 side by side parking spaces, large storage cage and of course, the complete amenity package of a luxury highrise. The home owners association fees were reduced following the litgation. Condo #1214 has an HOA of $796.
Offered at $759,000, this condo has attracted a lot of attention. Please contact David Manes, San Diego Realtor at email@example.com or 858.432.3203 for showings or questions.
