There were more bank owned foreclosure condos downtown San Diego that sold than traditional sales and for most months if you take bank owned sales and short sales together, they doubled the volume of traditional sales. New Condos Downtown San Diego also had steady numers led by Sapphire Tower San Diego, Aria San Diego and Bayside San Diego. Overall, sales for 2010′s 2nd Quarter remained fairly steady.
