Bayside San Diego Condos

The Bayside sales team has just reached 100 closed sales and are 8 sales away from being Fannie Mae Approved on phase 2 of their building. What this means is that Bayside Condos are very motivated to make the next 8 sales so they can start offering more attractive financing options on all future sales.

The published prices have come down since the September grand opening of the sales office, but they seem to be stabilizing because consumers are making offers and are coming to price agreements with the developer.

General Pricing is as follows effective January 16, 2010

The 25th floor is where the models are and prices indicated are based on this floor. There is typically a 6-8% negotiating range on the published prices, but because Bayside San Diego Condos are wanting to make these next 8 sales, they are more likely to negotiate in the 8-11% range.  Prices per floorplan tend to vary $10-12k per floor so you can figure out an estimated sales price for match floorplans above or below the models.

For Example, if a residence were priced at $1m today, it would be possible to negotiate the price down 11% to $890k.
