Park Terrace East Village Condos to Sell Out

If you like Downtown San Diego’s East Village and the excitement that goes along with living in the Ballpark district neighborhood, then Park Terrace Condos may be for you.  I met with Catryn Fowler, sales manager, at Park Terrace earlier this week and she explained that only 7 condos remain for sale from the developer.

Park Terrace

The Park Terrace developer’s plan is to close out all remaining sales at Park Terrace by the end of July 2010.   They have slashed prices and there are some great deals on these remaining units. Price reductions have just been made and the sales team is offering up incentives including 1 year paid HOA dues as well as paying for all closing costs.  To sugar coat the deal, Park Terrace condos are FHA and VA approved so the last 7 units can be bought with little to no money down for qualified buyers.

Petco Park Condos at Park Terrace

Located on the East side of Petco Park, Park Terrace residents enjoy easy access to many restaurants, cafe’s and bars including Lolita’s, The Tilted Kilt and the new Toast Enoteca and Cucina.  Park Terrace condos are also conveniently located just accross the street from Downtown San Diego’s most popular gym, Fit.  The new city library is planned for the block located just to the East of Park Terrace and there are rumors of a new Charger Stadium just blocks away!
