David’s Take on Horizon Towers San Diego

Horizons condo association recently settled their litigation with the developer and they have already started repainting the building and working on correcting the other issues. By summertime, Horizons San Diego should be in tip top shape and the building and common areas should show well for any potential buyers.

Prices on units being sold in the $350,000 to $650,000 range have started to stabilized and the prices for units above that will still fluctuate for the time being. The inventory on low to mid priced luxury condos is disappearing fast and will help balance the home values in the not so distant future.

He who buys the most wins. What I mean to say is that the larger penthouse condos have a monthly maintenance fee of around $1000, but the smaller 1 bedroom plus den condos, which have less than half the square feet, still pay just over $900 per month for the same maintenance fees. Because of this, we believe the one bedroom plus den plans will continue to drop in value because it becomes a more expensive vacation home to maintain and buyers will look elsewhere.

Horizon San Diego is a luxury complex that offers all the amenities one could ask for. Fantastic place to live or vacation and enjoy the San Diego lifestyle. With parks, theaters, shopping, restaurants, nightly entertainment all within a short walking distance of this marvelous luxury condominium complex, what else could one ask for?

Do you think of Horizons Condos has the best architecture of all San Diego Condo buildings?
