Downtown San Diego Litigation Update

As real estate agents, litigation is something that we have become very familiar with here in Downtown San Diego, but it can be something new for our clients who aren’t familiar with the term or the area. It is important to know because Litigation can limit a buyer’s options for financing, including FHA and VA lending options. Most lenders will require 20% down if the building is in Litigation. Most buildings will give you a minor summary of the litigation details but when purchasing a property, you will receive the HOA documents which will reveal all the current information and updates on litigation. For more information on all the  Buildings in Downtown San Diego or call me at 949-310-5195.
