Coronavirus and the San Diego Real Estate

There have been several home sellers putting their homes off the market and homebuyers not going into open houses during this time with COVID-19 on the ascent; this is as yet a decent time to sell or buy your home. The San Diego County of Health and Human Services has given commands to confine venturing out from home and to constrain bunch social affairs, as of press time a few real estate professionals are proceeding to show homes.

But, there are some precautions you should take while viewing homes or having others in your home.

First, ask the realtor for a private showing or, if it is an open house, that viewers are limited to one party viewing at a time.

The Center for Disease Control suggests: washing your hands regularly, utilizing hand sanitizer, cleaning down any surfaces usually contacted, covering your hack, and not touching your face with unwashed hands.

A couple of different important points to remember are leaving children and aging guardians at home-essential for their wellbeing – holding fast to the 6-feet social distancing command, and not shaking hands

Practicing these will help keep you safe during these times of buying and selling your home.
