Marina District
The Marina district stretches between the San Diego Bay, Horton Plaza and downtown’s office tower buildings. Its ample recreation areas and open outdoor space including Pantoja Park, Children’s Museum Park, Martin Luther King Jr. Promenade and Seaport Village make this part of downtown truly unique.
The Marina District is San Diego’s most exclusive neighborhood for Downtown San Diego Condo Living.
The Marina District also features some of Downtown’s best boutiques, breakfast cafes and even a Ralph’s Grocery store. The Embarcadero Marina Park is a lush place to take in the sun and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. The Marina is close to everything, but is a peaceful neighborhood.
Downtown San Diego Marina District
Part of downtown’s rich cultural history can also be found here including the San Diego Chinese Mission Building, which recognizes Asian cultures’ contributions to the city’s development. Formerly a conglomerate of warehouses and vacant lots, the Marina district is now comprised of a variety of living options. The Marina District also contains most of Downtown San Diego’s premier luxury condominiums.
