For over 30 years, David Manes knew that he would someday live in San Diego. Fond memories of vacations from Michigan to visit his grandmother here convinced him that San Diego would be a great place to call home. Of course in his experience then, the draw was the weather, beaches and golf courses.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Dave has been a financial planner and developer. He is most proud of the accomplishments of his twenty-something children. His San Diego home is in Little Italy, where he loves morning coffee at a neighborhood espresso/gelato shop or dinner at one of the many fabulous restaurants. Torrey Pines and the Coronado Golf Club are still just as good as those long ago memories.

BRENT COLE, Realtor®
Brent Cole is a native San Diegan with a tremendous enthusiasm for his hometown and it’s future development. Brent started his real estate career in 2004 working in new home sales in downtown San Diego. Brent assisted many buyers negotiate purchases for new condos during the market downturn and transitioned into the resale market in 2010 when all of the new home communites had sold out. Brent’s 7 years experience negotiating a large number of real estate contracts has shaped Brent into an expert negotiator.
Not only has Brent been working in downtown developments for over 7 years, he resides in the East Village Neighborhood with his family and is emerced in the downtown culture and lifestyle. Brent is the President of The East Village Community Action Network (EVCAN), a group that offers the homeowners in the East Village an open public forum to be involved and informed on the ongoing changes and issues in Downtown’s most “up-and- coming” neighborhood.

DAVID DANNECKER, Realtor®
The US Navy brought David Dannecker to San Diego in the late 1960’s. David worked in Coronado and in Downtown San Diego for over two decades.
David served in the Navy specializing in aviation and eventually transitioned into the private sector. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from National University San Diego in Business Administration with a minor in Labor Relations. David continued to advance his education and received a Certificate in Materials Management from San Diego State University and a Masters Degree in Business Management from National University San Diego.
In the 1980’s and 1990’s, David worked in the Aerospace Industry for General Dynamics and other defense contract companies. With twenty years of materials management experience specializing in honing employee skills, he learned to increase production yields and profits while decreasing costs and expenditures. With the environmental impact the Aerospace industry had in San Diego, General Dynamics and other companies moved out of state to seek lower cost and less regulation. David had no intention of leaving sunny Southern California so he decided to shift his career focus.
David had always been interested in working in the Real Estate industry. In 2010 that interest became a reality when he earned his California Real Estate Salespersons License. David’s strong determination, reliability, drive and diligence have helped develop him into a great real estate agent.
In his personal time David enjoys spending time with family, fishing, surfing, sailing and camping.
HEATHER DANNECKER, Buyer’s Specialist
Heather started in Real Estate in 2000 as a member of the sales team on a new high-rise condominium project in San Francisco. She has since worked as a Realtor, Loan Officer, and Preferred Lender on new high-rise condominium projects in San Diego. She has gained experience in new home sales, resale, and the lending world. Heather graduated from Sonoma State University with double major in International Business and Spanish. She lived in Spain and attended a Spanish University and has traveled throughout Europe and Latin America. She is currently enjoying her latest endeavor, motherhood.
Erica Cole, Realtor®
Erica Cole is a native San Diegan who grew up in a real estate family. Sales came very natural to Erica… In the nineties, she worked along side her Father, learning the principles of a successful commercial real estate business. In 2004 she went on to begin her own real estate career working for developers selling premiere downtown projects (including Icon and The Mark) from their early conception through completion . Her broad experience in new homes includes pre-sales, marketing, interior upgrades, escrow management and floor plan development. In 2009 Erica and her team were awarded The Million Dollar Sales Award, selling over $3.7M. Her latest milestone, was selling the famed Mark Penthouse for over $2 Million dollars. Erica believes that all of these experiences coupled with her integrity, ability to connect and maintain strong relationships along with her extraordinary customer service have all been attributes to her success in closing over 500 homes in downtown San Diego alone. Erica loves San Diego and is eager to share the local knowledge of her hometown with newcomers and residents alike.

Stacy moved from Fresno, California after obtaining her college degree at Fresno State University in 1994. Stacy and her husband have been downtown residents for over 7 years. She has seen the revitalization of the downtown area from the beginning. After 15 years as exclusively a practicing Certified Public Accountant, she has recently added real estate sales to her resume and is excited to show others what downtown San Diego has to offer.
