Park Place | 700 W Harbor Drive
Luxury, elegance, sophistication is what describes Park Place Condominiums. Designed and built byBosa Development Corporation to incorporate the dynamics of beauty, sophistication and convenience to a San Diego urban neighborhood.
Located in one of the best prime Marina District locations in San Diego over looking San Diego Bay, Sea Port Village and the historical San Diego Police Station. Walk across the street to the Hyatt Regency for a cocktail and enjoy the sunset on the harbor at one of the many nearby restaurants.
Park Place is just a short walk to Ralph’s supermarket or Horton Plaza for shopping or visit your favorite restaurant, then see a play, or listen to jazz, rock or classic music in the Gas lamp Quarter. Catch a baseball game for an evening of fun at Petco Park or just take a peaceful sunset stroll along the scenic waterfront.
Park Place San Diego Condos – Best Features
- Location, Location, Location! – Park Place sits at the tip of the peninsula where the land curves around the San Diego Bay. This makes for extraordinary views from all directions at ParkPlace. Enjoy water views to the North, West and South at Parkplace.
- Style – Park Place is Distinguishably Park Avenue Elegance & Style. It is an iconic building that can be mistaken for no other on the West Coast with it’s pitched red roof. The curves of the building offer multiple view directions for almost every residence.
- Park Place has an elegant lobby with lofty ceilings and a grand staircase along with the Grande Piano that creates a classical soothing environment.
- The Old Police Headquarters historical building is located just accross the street and will soon offer restaurants, boutiques and shops. This will make the location a knockout!!
Park Place Condos for Sale & Recent Condos Sold
Dave’s take on Park Place– Based on the last 18 months sales history, prices seem to be dropping a little on the lower level residences. There have been 3 bank owned sales and 5 short sales that have led to this drop in value. Park Place has held it’s value better than most condo buildings in downtown San Diego. Similar Bosa projects like The Grande and The Legend have lost much more value than Park Place. Because this building’s location is so great and it is such a popular place to live, I don’t foresee prices declining much if any in 2011. Now would be a good time to invest in Park Place as interest rates are good and it is uncertain how much they may go up.
With the approved changes the embarcadero will be going through and the plans for the historical police station including the renovation of the buildings including shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This will add to the ever increasing property values of Park Place Condominiums, making Park Place one of the most desirable places to live in the Marina and downtown as a whole. With restaurants, shops, lounges, entertainment, parks and bay side walking paths just across the street, what more could a person ask for.
