Craft Beer in Downtown San Diego just got tastier!

Bottlecraft:   A new store in Little Italy dedicated to the beer enthusiast.

Beer conniseurs can now enjoy some of the finest craft beers, and even sample them before you take them home!

Bottlecraft– Beer Shop & Tasting Room:  What a great concept!

Just the other day, I stumbled upon this great little place that literally pulled me in like a tractor beam…  My afternoon agenda was redirected for about 15 minutes by the sight of unique craft beers in a casual open tasting room!

Bottlecraft had a fantastic selection, and the staff was very friendly and well versed in specialty beers.

Like a kid in a candy store, I browsed the rows of bottled wonder, looking for that something special to take home.  Of course, I was pleased to see a heavy focus on some of my favorite local brews like Mission Brewery Shipwrecked, Alesmith Xtra Pale Ale, and Balast Point- Black Marlin Porter, but there was also a fantastic selection of imports like  Delirium Tremmons and Paulaner Oktoberfest.   With limited time on hand, I discovered a  Stone Brewing Company Cali-Belgique IPA in a 22oz. bottle that my wife and I could enjoy.

With San Diego becoming the Craft Beer Capitol of the World, places like Bottlecraft in Little Italy are bound to emerge.

I was very pleased to find that the prices were well worth making a special trip to revisit Bottlecraft.

Since my maiden voyage, I have had the opportunity to revisit a couple of times.  On each visit, there is always something new to try….  If you enjoy quality craft beers, I encourage you to stop by Bottlecraft.  Enjoy!
