One of the big trends we see today with the “green movement” is walk-ability.  Home buyer’s want to commute shorter distances to work and once they are home, they don’t want to have to get in the car to drive 10 minutes to do every little thing.  As part of this push, we are seeing more high-dense living projects that create small villages with mixed use spaces.
