Acqua Vista consists of two 18 story high-rise towers, featuring 382 units, with stylish and contemporary architecture. The complex features full-time security, 24-hour concierge staff, full-time valet parking, and onsite HOA manager. Considering the amenities and staffing for the valet parking, the monthly homeowner’s dues are really good.
There are have been some great buys in this building over the past 18 months and it pencils really well as an investment property for the 2-bed condos. It also works really well for a vacation property or for first-time buyers. The building is also now VA Approved! There is good value in the location and the prices are so sweet!
Acqua Vista features very unique floor plans ranging from 1 and 2 bedroom condos and townhomes to larger penthouse residences. Upper floor units feature very nice views of the San Diego Bay, City, and towards Mission Bay and Sea World. The location is outstanding and as the neighborhood fills in, this is going to be a great place to live.
Acqua Vista is the most affordable full service building in Downtown San Diego
Acqua Vista was intended to be built as an apartment building, but when it was near completion in 2004 the condo market was booming so the developer, K Hovnanian converted the building to condos. The interior finishes are of average quality and floorplans tend to be on the smaller side. Acqua Vista is the most economical full-service building downtown with the same amenities found in much more expensive high rises and features a rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. the gym is on the 2nd floor.
