Acqua Vista was intended to be built as an apartment building, but when it was near completion in 2004 the condo market was booming so the developer, K Hovnanian converted the building to condos. The interior finishes are of average quality and floorplans tend to be on the smaller side. Acqua Vista is the most economical full service building in downtown with the same amenities found in much more expensive high rises and feature a rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. the gym is on the 2nd floor.
